Transferring codes to a new phone

Open Settings → Export Backup, choose a password, and save the file somewhere safe. On your new device, open the app and use Settings → Import Backup with the same password.

Code not accepted by a service

Go to iPhone Settings → General → Date & Time and ensure Set Automatically is turned on. TOTP codes depend on your device clock being accurate — even a 30-second drift will cause codes to fail.

Restoring a subscription

Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Deleting your data

All data is stored locally on your device. Use Settings → Delete All Accounts to remove all stored codes, or delete the app entirely to remove all associated data.

Lost backup password

Backup files are encrypted with your chosen password. There is no recovery option if the password is lost — this is by design to protect your security. You will need to re-add your accounts manually.
